    Denmark would be my preferred place for short term one year stay to meet people, culture, weather, nature. I have heard Denmark is one of the happiest countries in the world, so definitely want to get some of that happy in me 😉

    I am actually looking to move to either Denmark or New Zealand.

    If every child in every school were taught-

    1. To identify their overwhelming and dis-regulation feel, and to have and use tools to regulate themselves to calm state of mind.
    2. Empathy
    3. Mediation
    4. Mindful Yoga

    The world would be such a beautiful place.

    The most interesting places I travelled too were Tenerife, Spain (excellent culture, food and people) and Saratoga, California (often went to camp at nearby parks. Quaint, friendly town).

  • 我对人性的看法

    Humans are known to be one of the rarest species with empathy as one of the natural qualities. Some of us choose to practice it making them "naturally good", while many others choose to not practice empathy, making them "selfish" as you can see from the current state of the world 🤷‍♀️
