Maybe you could organize it at multiple places. You cannot expect that someone will travel 1000km or more to see somebody he know only from the internet.
You can do small meetings in the summer. In every country one, and you go to the one you want. People need to subscribe to where they wanna go.
Cut costs, time and organisation in small parts 😉
Lottje, maybe you need to recrute some Promoters from different countries 😉
Those Promoters need to organize the meeting. Like; campplace, food, drinks, how much it will cost, how to get there, number of max people, etc...
Once they have done this, they can open subscriptions, people can reserve a spot.
I think one big meeting is almost(or with great costs) impossible.

If we have power and want it, we can do it. Place- of course it's not easy to find one, but this which would meet and have enough money and good ge, can meet.
I guess it depends of us, that's not easy in fact but...we can do it 🙂
It would become an annual event, then. So it could be advertised on the homepage, or on the FB group as well, right?
